Terms
Fair terms,in plain words.
Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Applies to the Clioo iPhone app and getclioo.ai
Clioo is run by [Your business name, ABN] ("we", "us"). Using Clioo means you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits rights the Australian Consumer Law gives you.
What Clioo is
Clioo writes, films and edits short videos and scripts for your business, using AI. It drafts from the facts you give it. You decide what gets published, and you're responsible for checking that your ads are accurate and follow the rules of your industry and the platforms you post on. Clioo's reminders and script checks help, but they're not legal advice.
Your account
Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens on your account is yours. One account per person is the deal, and the free starting credits are once per person.
Credits and payments
- Credits are bought through the App Store or by card on the web, and pay for AI work: scripts, edits, captions, music and brand analyses.
- Credits never expire and work across the iPhone app and the web on the same account.
- If an AI job fails, its credits come back automatically.
- Credits aren't money: they can't be transferred or cashed out, and prices can change for future purchases (never for credits you already hold).
- Refunds for purchases follow the store you bought through (Apple, or Stripe on the web), plus anything the Australian Consumer Law requires.
Your content
Your briefs, your footage and your finished videos are yours. You give us permission to process them just enough to do the work you ask for (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what goes where). Scripts written for you are yours to use however you like. Don't feed Clioo content you don't have the right to use, including music.
Fair use
Don't use Clioo to break the law, mislead people, spam, or make content about others that you have no right to make. Don't probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend accounts that do, and we'll say why.
The service
We work hard to keep Clioo up, but it isn't guaranteed to be available every minute, and AI output can be wrong: check it before you publish. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using Clioo; nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before the change applies. If you don't agree, stop using Clioo; unused purchased credits will be refunded in that case.
